California Tortilla’s food quality standards aren’t based on what’s acceptable by the industry. We have our own, higher set of standards that are set by what our guests deserve. But we didn’t stop with our food, we re-imagined the entire guest experience. We’ve replaced point and grunt assembly lines with guest-first communication. We talk to our guests, ask them what they are in the mood for, and make sure they LOVE their food. And if they don’t, we do whatever it takes to make it right.
