This short-term consulting job is open to all flavor fanatics, salsa connoisseurs, and people who generally like to live life mischievously. The Saucemelier will be tasked with tasting the various sauces available at California Tortilla and making suggested combinations with existing menu items, as well as proposing salsa flights. Think of a sommelier, but with all the sauces.
This position will last for one week, and the compensation is $2500.
