California Tortilla will be bringing “California style” Mexican food to Howard County with its opening of a Columbia site April 6, 2022. Known as Cal Tort, the restaurant will set up shop at 6250 Columbia Crossing Circle and kick off its grand opening at 11 a.m. with $5 bowls and burritos all day – proceeds will go to HopeWorks.
